Finding Public Information

Question by A1: How can I search or help find missing people?
Once of my uncles has been missing for a long time. The last time my mom communicated with him was 11 years ago and he hasn’t been heard from ever since. His last location where he was, was in Tijuana but we haven’t heard from him ever since. My mom has been trying to find places or jail records to see if he might be there but there has not been any luck. How can we look for missing people? Thanks.

Maybe try hiring a detective (I’m not sure if that’s in your budget), but I’d give it a try. Good luck on finding him.
